I am a Full Service Realtor® when you are trying to buy a home, which means I will search for a home that meets your needs and I will show you all the listings from Coldwell Banker Heritage House as well as from all other Real Estate companies from the area, including Sutter and Yuba counties.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

Fourth, I received my e-PRO training program certification for Real Estate Professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line.
